Mariana Oaks is a newly developed residential community with lavish homes on sprawling lots, nestled between beautiful, majestic Patriarch Oak trees offering a serene environment just minutes away from downtown Tallahassee.

Nestled between our Patriarch Oak trees and Pine trees are wetlands and conservation areas, with easy access to Old St. Augustine Road, one of the region's natural canopy roads. This canopy road is lined with large oak trees, pine trees, and other beautiful foliage with an Old Florida nostalgia and a serene hammock atmosphere.

Mariana Oaks community is minutes from downtown Tallahassee with in-town conveniences of shopping, dining, and golf courses, including access to Florida State University, Florida A&M University, Tallahassee Community College, the Apalachee Regional Park, Lake Lafayette Heritage Trail, Tom Brown Park, and Saint Marks Historic Railroad State Trail. There are numerous hills and valleys for hiking, bike riding, and walking along some of the most excellent paths, a must to appreciate and enjoy.
